I love coming here. Both Mollie and Patty are kind, knowledgeable, and effective massage therapists. They are personable and professional. I feel very comfortable and relaxed in their presence. Also, the atmosphere of the rooms is so calming. Lastly, I appreciate the signs in the windows that welcome everyone. Great place for self care.
Loved the intention setting workshop to kick off 2025! A completely safe, clean, peaceful, and wonderfully smelling space, full of wonderful people. Lots of events coming up that I would love to participate in besides just yoga and massage! #selfcare
Optimal massage is a great place to find your Zen and feel so good. They offer Yoga and other classes and then facials and massages. There is never any judgment, just a great community of people.
