Dr Burgoon’s medical background in both western and eastern medicine led me to want to see him for Acupuncture. I was interested in being treated for a painful disease and have for years, tried a plethora of “remedies and pain Management meds” with little relief. Years of sleeping for short bursts, waking up in agony at times or just miserable pain.
After three treatments I was able to sleep for longer periods and have had little pain.
Dr Burgoon’s knowledge of the human body and his medical training allowed him to see through treating just the pain and treated the underlying issue.

Dr Tran helped me through cancer treatments with acupuncture which was very helpful. I hadn’t done acupuncture before and she was thorough and professional at all times. Very glad I found her (through Unite for Her).

I was referred to Dr. Burgoon after many years of unsuccessful results for chronic migraines. I would get migraines 5 out of 7 days of the week at least and sometimes the same migraine could last for weeks. I was skeptical at first but after numerous treatments my migraine days have been reduced by at least 75%. I go so long without migraines I forget what it’s like to have them everyday. Dr. Burgoon (and Gina) are both amazing and make you feel welcome. As someone who is afraid of needles I dreaded the idea of acupuncture at first, but once I noticed my pain decreasing I enjoyed my sessions.
