I have been seeing Lei since 2018 and she has made such a positive impact on my life! From helping me manage stress/anxiety, as well as supporting me through IVF/pregnancy and postpartum. I recommend her to anyone looking for an acupuncturist because she is so kind and knowledgeable!I recently joined her light fasting challenge as I had been very much struggling with sugar/sweet cravings especially during high stress times. Lei has been a Godsend for me. When I first came to her I had so many different health issues, it was hard to even figure out where to start to make things better. Lei was patient, kind, and explained her diagnoses and treatment plans in ways that were easy to understand. She recommended a plan that worked with my goals to have better overall health. Extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and effective treatments in a thoughtful caring environment. Over the past 5 years, Lei has taught me how to listen to my body and manage my health through nutrition, exercise, and herbs in conjunction with acupuncture. Originally, I began treatment for relief from monthly migraines. I now get 1 every 15 months. Along the way she has treated me for an alpha gal allergy that caused rashes and stomach pain.
