I just read this long review I can't believe she is talking about Louise at the mane stop she would do anything for anyone.she has gone to nursing homes helping elderly people and helping underprivileged people.i have read wonderful reviews on Groupon I think I read a 150 of them they were all good. I have been going to Louise for 40 years and I cannot find anyone to do my hair like Louise. I have fine hair and only she can do it and every where I go people always complement me about my hair.

Where to start? Louise accosted me right at the door asking if I'd read the fine print of my Livingsocial coupon for a Full foil, glaze, cut and style, indicating that there could be extra charges. We proceeded to discuss what a full foil entails, my argument being that, regardless of hair length, be it 4" or 12", the foil process would be simply covering my 1.5" roots and blending a bit beyond so the same amount of product would be needed. She disagreed and when pressed for amount of extra charge, she quoted $20-30. She kept saying that length made a difference and she was big on the glaze - I will get to that later. Anyway, I stayed. I am mortified by the experience I had at Mane Salon today. I went in for a full highlights, cut, glaze and style and left with the worst haircut/highlights I've ever had in my life. I needed to go to Sally beauty and pick up $26 worth of hair dye to fix what this woman did to my hair. As soon as I walked in Louise asked if I read the fine print about charging more for longer hair - she was almost salivating about it and when I took my hair down she said "yep, it's going to be extra - at least $45-50 more".
