My 4 year old started training here first with the Tiny Champs class, and we all loved it so much that I joined myself!
The coaches are amazing with the kids, especially with the wiggle worms that can’t sit still on a dot. He’s tried lots of sports and some ninja warrior classes but none have kept his attention as much as this AND he is genuinely thrilled to go. The coaches remember tiny details and stories about each kid - it is such a family friendly environment.

I waited two months and about 20 sessions before I decided to write a review to make sure I got it right.
I’m 65 years old and I wish I had done this 30 years ago. Ernie & Anne are passionate about martial arts and the students well being. No matter the age you will get personal attention and instruction. You will get in better shape!!
All of the instructors bring their knowledge and passion to the classes. You’ll get multiple techniques from every instructor. Updates and variety of classes are constantly being announced.

We've been so impressed by the Tiny Champs program for ages 4-7. With my son starting at age 4, I was nervous about the age range at first, but it's been great to see how the little ones look up to the bigger kids, and this mentality is fostered and reinforced effectively by Ms. Anne. Not only do they teach useful physical skills, but there is also focus on positive mindset and respect which (IMO) are difficult concepts for kids to grasp in a class setting- and they really nail it!
