The service techs that installed my unit were great! They knew what they were doing and explained everything to me along the way. I've been a customer for over 25 years, and I can't so enough about the service and products that they provide. Brewers always has fine people from the receptionist to sales reps and technicians.
We recently had three mini split units installed by Brewer Heating and Air Conditioning, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. The installation was completed efficiently and cleanly — you’d hardly know they were there. All three units are running perfectly, and the difference in comfort throughout the house has been incredible. We had a new HVAC system installed by Brewer. Great ‘service after the sale’ - they followed up and were responsive to any concerns that we had. All the technicians were respectful of our home, on time, and very polite. The office manager was very helpful with scheduling and any billing questions.
