Had Stephen come out for a Washer issue, not only did he fix the issue, he went over the components, and maintenance points and common issues and solutions. He was also punctual and very professional.

Bear Service was very prompt and had great communication. Phil was an awesome technician who was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to fix my refrigerator instead of replacing it. I would definitely recommend Bear Service!

Yesterday I called to schedule a repair for a dryer issue. In less than 24 hours, Phil came to my home was professional and efficient and did a very thorough job analyzing and fixing the problem. Also, he was extremely nice and explained the problem.
