Had them do a remote start with alarm for me 2 years ago and forgot to write my review. They took the time to go over the product, completely, and all the benefits of having the product and other options should I choose, and they were very friendly, and the service Was done perfectly and two years later I have no issues I highly recommend the shop for any of the services they offer

I got an upgraded alarm system installed today. It has shock and tilt sensors. Also, I can track it, start it, and remotely monitor it via a phone app.It was a pleasure dealing with Ashley and Frank. As I was not familiar with this system, Frank explained things to me before my purchase and demonstrared its features/use after it was installed.I am very satisfied with my experience with these fine folks and the setup that I now have!

Incredible customer service is bliss!I kept dealing with a dead car battery in the mornings, and had the battery replaced by my mechanic. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks then it was dead again. Bangharts was recommended to me to see what was going on. Frank spent days testing and removing electrical components, fuses, etc to figure out what was causing the problem. His communication was above and beyond, and Ashley was also wonderful to work with too. They installed a new radio for me, and hopefully this solves my problems.I would recommend them all day long, and I am comforted with the lifetime warranty on parts and labor if anything goes wrong.
