I've always loved using Air King fans and have sold countless units to customers over the years. However, the total inability to speak with a US-based sales or support person is extremely aggravating and makes me want to never use their products ever again.

I am a commercial user. That I had to wait through 10 minutes of recordings only to get someone who, while perfectly nice and I'm sure is a lovely person, had little or no knowledge of the products (they admitted to working for a general overseas customer service company servicing numerous companies) and who could not connect me to anyone from Air King itself is unacceptable.

Do better. No excuses.

I love my Air King metal floor fan the only complaint that I have is that since I purchased it and have been using it I can't get the grill off of it to clean it. I have tried to unscrew the grill screws and they won't budge ! It's like they are welded together tightly. I reached out to customer service via email and got no response at all. I purchased the fan because I believe that it is a well made product however, I would appreciate being able to clean it as the blades can get very dusty.

Spent money on an exhaust fan from this company...cover doesn't fit...returned it to store and got an exchange that also didn't fit. Called customer service was placed and on hold for 30 minutes...then transferred to a voicemail of joe Kennedy who had yet to call back. I'll be taking the fan back to the store again and informing the store manager on how I was treated. Perhaps they will be smarter with their vendor selection.
