“This was the 3rd time I've been here. The first time, I met with Shelly, who gave me a great consultion. She took the time to understand my hair concerns as well as discuss my color options/cut, etc. That consultation experience sold me on trying Transcend. Shelly is the owner and a doll! She's highly experienced and demonstrates great integrity with every client she works on. She has a great vibe, too. She's fun and funny and creates an atmosphere where you feel relaxed and can enjoy comaradarie with the stylists and other guests. I'm personally dealing with significant hairloss issues, but she's immediately put me at ease and takes special care to protect my hair while giving me great color.
I'm new to this area and salon, but I've quietly watched the care and attention every employee puts in to their clients and guests--they are all professional, kind and talented.
The salon is clean and has beautiful esthetics. The clientele I've seen, are repeat customers for many years, and all of this will keep me coming back as well.
