Agreed to do two jobs for us. On the day Joseph was supposed to start- only the company he recommended for excavation showed up and said that Joseph won’t be coming- not just today, but ever as he took another job. No call, no explanation. We had him do two other jobs for us a couple months ago-the power washing was great, the mulch job was sloppy yet we gave him the benefit of doubt as he had a new employee working for him that day. Terrible way to treat existing customers! Things happen, I get it! But you owe the courtesy for a phone call to your customers who took off work to be here for the job!! Poor professionalism for sure!!

Just had Joe finish pressure washing our front entrance, top of bay windows as well as our basement entrance steps and wall, he did a WONDERFUL job! He was very helpful and accommodating and also very down to earth. We are very happy with his service and professionalism. Will definitely continue using his services from here on forward.
