March 25, 2022 I fell and broke my left ankle. A very bad break. Three bones and ligament damage. After 8 weeks with no weight and two casts later I started PT at Susquehanna Health Physical Therapy center. The facility is spotless. I see the people take sheets and pillow cases off the beds and such as soon as the patient leaves the room. They spray the beds and equipment down. The therapists wear gloves and wash their hands. They wear masks. They take their time to help you and let you tell them if too hard or too easy. They do challenge me to increase my mobility. I go two times a week. I have improved very much.
