We recently went through this company to purchase a trailer. Gretchen Songster worked with us, and she did a fantastic job. She made sure everything was done before purchase, and she was extremely patient with us. During closing, she got us a cute little gift bag with teas, salt and pepper shakers, honey, and cherry spread. We couldn’t be more satisfied!
Long distance home sale: I met Vicky Murphy at my parent's home, and I just knew I wanted her for my relator. Being 6 hours away can be difficult to check in when trying to sell a home, but Vicky was there for us 24/7. I felt comfortable knowing she was there for every showing to lock up after clients left. There was plenty of advertising in many locations(states). Her constant communication and advise helped up sell the home in 3 months.
Kudos to the closing team as well! Coming to meet with us in person for closing was above and beyond. I would recommend Vicky and the MVR team to anyone selling or buying a home.
