The customer service here is just as awesome, and I know this because I live all the way in South Central Alabama, so it’s always done over the phone.
FYI: It is so much easier to just call their physical location, rather than a “toll free service”, plus without the “middle man”, you get your choice of more flowers for the money, or less money for the flowers 😁😁😁.
I’m on and off the phone in 5 minutes… 10 minutes TOPS, and that is simply because I like to chat 🙂🙂🙂.

My husband surprised me on our 40th anniversary by contacting Akiko's and arranged for them to deliver roses to Log Cabin Inn for our dinner there. We are from out of town. They were accommodating, helpful, coordinating drop off at the restaurant, and the flower arrangement was gorgeous. He totalling surprised me. Thanks for your part of the surprise.

My wife and I are from Indiana. She cared for her dad in Wellsboro until he passed. I couldn't be there with her much, so I decided I'd make her smile from Indiana with flowers.
