Jose is so fantastic! He has incredible experience and knowledge on his career. I get excited to go because I am confident in his work and detail. Fabulous with choosing highlights and color. Lauren is amazing. Extremely intuitive and gifted. For the first time ever I felt understood and truly heard. She also put me completely at ease despite my nervousness. The final results of both cut and color almost had me in tears. Finally;) She took extra time to communicate with me and explained in detail what would be done making sure it was not only what I wanted but flattering as well. Everyone there smiled at me in passing; it is truly a warm and kind vibe! From Cindy when I called and came in to Aimee and everyone else I encountered without exception.
