Unlike other “urgent care” facilities in the area (I’m looking at you, Premier Ortho Urgent Care) the receptionist here is kind and competent, and the providers are terrific. They also actually accept walk-ins AND their hours of operation match their website.

Ross Nachbi is a good Physical Therapist. He has helped me through several injuries. My gluteus medius bothered me for 6 months before I finally saw a doctor and received a prescription to see Ross. Now I am climbing again. My ankle was a mess, since college sports. After another injury led to plantar fasciitis, I could hardly walk. Ross helped me strengthen the muscles to where I can walk and climb again. My balance is much improved. I highly recommend Ross Nachbi and IM Health.

This is one of the best urgent care's that i have been to. All of the front desk staff , medical assistants, PA's , physicians and nurses have great bedside manners. They really listen to your needs, answer your questions and are very kind. I really recommend IM Urgent Care
