My experience with the albed rug people was excellent and every dimension of their service was a standard for outstanding performance It was and is much better than my insurance company who made my like very difficult following a broken water pipe. We have yet to resolve the rugs being cleaned But I would recommend albed on every category. They are kind and polite snd knowledgeable and even tolerant of the barriers by the insurance companies featuring Jeff and others

We had a very older rug cleaned by the Albed Rug Company several weeks ago and it was returned in beautiful condition. This rug was gifted to us by my mother-in-law years and years ago. It has all the history a rug can hold for a family. Kids, grandkids, family and friends. I want to thank Michelle and her family for taking care of something so precious to us. They are the best!

Knowledge, good service, and friendly. Prices seem expensive, but taking into consideration of the location (Wayne - Main Line) fairly priced.No one expects this kind of service and individual attention at a Target or Walmart. You get what you pay for .
