This was my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning service. I have to get my carpet done every 18 mos to maintain the warranty. I was able to schedule online, which was extremely easy and convenient. Dee called and left me a detailed vm confirming my appointment. She called again closer to the scheduled day of cleaning also. The guys that came were friendly, courteous and explained everything in detail. They offered extra services ,which I declined except for adding the hallway on. I seriously think they were there from start to finish for about 40 minutes. I had a 14*11 LR , a 10*12 BR and a small hallway done. Well worth the time and aggravation I saved...read full review

We have used the Stanley Steemer Erie franchise now for both carpet and upholstery cleaning. We are quite pleased with the work that was done and the value. We were also impressed with the great communication, promptness and courtesy with all employees, office, and workers. Definitely our favorite.Services: Upholstery cleaning
