TJ’s Heating & Cooling were so amazing. They came to the house the same day we called them after we told them the issues we were having. They were very kind, respectful and explained everything they needed to do and everything they did to us in terms we can understand. I think they are very honest people to deal with. Couldn't believe the great service I received from Tom at TJ's. I called in because our central air wasn't working for almost a week. Due to our car being in the shop we pushed back getting it fixed.c He ran me through everything that I should check to try to see what the issue was. When we figured out the issue over the phone I expressed how appreciative I was considering not a lot of places will walk you through it without having to come out for an appointment and at no charge! Now we have a cool house!
