“If your whirlpool is constantly inoperative, and your excuse is because it’s 25 years old, then maybe it’s time to get a new whirlpool. I pay a lot of money in membership fees to walk by a whirlpool that that I can’t use because it doesn’t work half the time.

Also, the toxic environment in the pool area needs to be addressed! The aquatic class participants are constantly harassed by the lap swimmers who refuse to give us extra space in the pool to conduct our class safely. Basically, I’m just tired of having to endure the constant aggravation when acquiring enough room in the pool to enjoy and get the full benefits that aquatic classes offer. I am not going to tolerate the lap swimmers harassing us anymore, nor should we have to! Please address the situation!
NEW RULE:
All aquatic classes will automatically have three lanes reserved for that class. If the third lane is not required, due to the lack of participants, then an additional lap lane will be reopened for lap swimming.

I so badly wanted to bring my sister in law and 5 year old niece. I understand but that's the only reason I cannot 5 star and I'm sure the business has their reasons.
