Justin was very efficient, personable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced capacitor to get our AC working. The service response time was excellent and much appreciated!!!
Shearer Heating diagnosed what could have been a potentially fatal mistake made by a roofing company. After several different issues with one of our furnaces, Justin and Craig were the ones to get on our roof and in our attic crawl space to determine what was going on. Using Google Maps photos, we were able to determine that the flue pipe on our roof was missing. This discovery led to getting our furnace shut off and tagged.

Your service personal were great. They found a problem that another HVAC did wrong and showed us the issue and help us what to say when we call the former HVAC company telling them what they did wrong. I would recommend Shearer to anyone and have them do a yearly maintenance check.
