I have been given exercises in the app to help between sessions as well. Couldn’t recommend more! Staff is friendly and the location is clean and well equipped to serve a variety of needs. “Nate is very easy to work with and was flexible with my schedule. He made sure that I understood all of the exercises so that I could easily complete them at home on my off days. After my first session, my foot was more flexible and felt better. Today is my last session and I am confident in the work that I need to do outside of his office and i will be welcomed back if I need additional sessions.“
