Can’t say enough good things about this place! Everyone here is always so kind, the classes & instructors are amazing and motivate you to push yourself which is amazing. Everything about this place helps to build confidence inside and outside of the gym, if you’re looking for an awesome women’s only gym around here, this is the one to be at!
I loved it! very clean and a nice variety of equipment. i was the only one there today, probably because of the snow but i cant wait to go back. The owners are so nice too. It was very welcoming
I put my free 7 day trial to good use. 30 and Out challenged me. Classes are outstanding. The Owner, Marrianne Kolson, is inspiring. I felt very welcomed. Yoga, Zumba Gold, Blast classes and more! Just a great place to be. I'm joinging Oct 1st. Love it!
