Massage Envy offers a variety of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, to support overall wellness. Customers praise the friendly receptionists, clean facilities, and skilled therapists such as Mackenzie, who provide excellent massages and skin care treatments. Therapists pay close attention to individual needs, helping clients feel wonderful and achieve glowing skin. Many mention that the staff, like Karl, is super helpful and makes the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Some customers note that communication is good, and therapists answer questions well. However, a few reviews mention concerns such as the check-out process, where the price sometimes differs from online prices, and a pushy approach about memberships. Additionally, some suggest replacing the old carpeting to improve cleanliness, especially for those walking barefoot. Overall, Massage Envy remains a popular choice for those seeking a healthy lifestyle and quality care.
My massage from Sana was absolutely wonderful. Communication didn’t feel forced at all when there was any, and the pressure was exactly what I was hoping for. My only gripe with this Massage Envy is when you go to check out, the older woman at the counter was rather pushy about the membership that I politely declined about three times. I was also surprised to see that the $80 as priced out online turned out to be $130 at the counter. After gratuity, which well deserved, no complaints about leaving a tip- it came out to be double around $160.
All in all, I’ll be sure to recommend those I know to Sana specifically, but I wish it was more true to the price online.

My first massage ever but definitely not my last! Everyone is super nice and helpful. My massage therapist, Karl, was most amazing! He answered all my questions and worked years of stress right out of me. Best experience from begining to end. King Karl ROCKS!!

Haley took the time to help me with my Egift card concerns... even though the stores cannot really do much to assist with the Egift cards she took the time out of her day to get me more info with patience. Not once did I feel I was bothering her... first Massage Envy I called in another town was not so willing to help. I live 45 mins from this location but will be coming here for future services=] Thanks Haley.
