Radiology department reception desk staff were kind & proficient. CT tech was very friendly (sorry..unable to recall her name); this was yesterday 8/6 in the afternoon...ensuring that i was comfortable throughout procedure. Absolutely horrible experience by a mammogram technician. Rude, unprofessional, questioned my ability to afford a mammogram and acted as if she did not even want to perform the exam (that I am PAYING for). DO NOT GO HERE!

Just went to get an X-ray done and when I walked up to the desk to ask if they were still taking people, the woman acted quite irritated. I actually asked if she was okay because she seemed mad and annoyed. Then when I finally went back, the technician also seemed annoyed. Neither of them smiled once. Not a pleasant experience at all. When dealing with the public, customer server really needs to be better.
