My husband and I had to wait over 2 weeks for repairs (after the consultation) of our HVAC unit. Broken & melted drain tray that caused water to drain and pool in our basement. Spoke with Steve and was told that our HVAC unit was still under warranty and sent 1 person for a 2 person job (Steve informed us that it was a 2 person job). Total time for the job for 1 person was 3 HOURS. Then we received a bill of $400 which was just for labor. Never using S&S again

The company was formed and still owned by Wesley Steigerwalt. We have prospered by listening to the concerns of our customers. We love how the past years have gone, but we also want to look into the future of our business. Recently we have expanded the company by getting involved in construction and general contracting. We feel that this will help ease the customer’s decision of choosing the right contractor, since our company has the ability to cover all bases in the building field.
