My massage from Sana was absolutely wonderful. Communication didn’t feel forced at all when there was any, and the pressure was exactly what I was hoping for. My only gripe with this Massage Envy is when you go to check out, the older woman at the counter was rather pushy about the membership that I politely declined about three times. I was also surprised to see that the $80 as priced out online turned out to be $130 at the counter. After gratuity, which well deserved, no complaints about leaving a tip- it came out to be double around $160.

My first massage ever but definitely not my last! Everyone is super nice and helpful. My massage therapist, Karl, was most amazing! He answered all my questions and worked years of stress right out of me. Best experience from begining to end. King Karl ROCKS!!

Haley took the time to help me with my Egift card concerns... even though the stores cannot really do much to assist with the Egift cards she took the time out of her day to get me more info with patience. Not once did I feel I was bothering her... first Massage Envy I called in another town was not so willing to help. I live 45 mins from this location but will be coming here for future services=] Thanks Haley.
