I had a running toilet and a leaky shower head upstairs in our bathroom upstairs. I called American Home Shield of whom I am a Platinum Member at 7:30 this morning July 28th, 2025. They dispatched Grade A Plumbing of Warrington, PA to do the repairs. Lauren from Grade A Plumbing called me first thing and put me on the schedule for Tuesday 29, 2025 between 9 and 1PM. Fortunately they had a cancelation this afternoon and she called me saying the plumbers were in Hatboro and would be at our home in 30 minutes. Brian and his helper Sean arrived at 3:30PM and went to work replacing and repairing both items. They were most courteous, pleasant and extremely professional.... read full review
