Everything was explained as to what was wrong and walked us through the replacement options without any pressure. The install went quickly and smoothly. It was done professionally and efficiently. This was my first time using this company, and honestly, I didn’t have any recommendations to go off so this was a gamble, but it paid off. I had an issue with my furnace on a Sunday, and Nick from Spurk was out to my house by noon the following day. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained to me what was happening and why, and even showed me after getting into my furnace what was happening. He finished up the repair within an hour, and explained everything he did. From start to finish, the customer service, ease of scheduling, and communication were fantastic.
