Just wanted to let people know that I finally looked at photocopies of documentation I had requested under the federal Health Insurance Portability Act. You can imagine my surprise when I found that a number of legal documents that I had neither even seen because they were never presented to me had been snuck in. To make matters worse, they also clearly forged my signature. And there is no date. Worse, they are admissions documents for the absolutely wrong unit/program! How can anyone trust their loved ones when fraud may have been committed. Or entries which are just plain unacceptable and fraudulent! Passavant says it's privileged to serve consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities-which I correct to challenged. Consumers with autism spectrum disorder which is the fully correct diagnosis and name as of 2013. But you can count on the nepotistic family dynasty hogging literally millions of dollars in salaries for themes to not know or care. Many of these clients can neither speak up for themselves: or assert their rights! And Passavant wants it that way so they can keep rolling 500(?) millions of dollars from government programs annually!!!!! Finally, I just learned today that Rick D. Senft was convicted of fraud for overcharging counties when he was with Verland prior to being hired by Passavant Memorial Homes. Does someone, such as the Board of Directors, want to explain how he passed his criminal background check. I am waiting to be given copies of newspapers clippings for confirmation! And that Rick D. Senft only paid a $400,000 fine. How come Google missed this key piece of information! They describe themselves as a charity, yet receive not ONE from any reputable ratings group. They are not at a true leader- that is false advertising. There are zero scientific articles backing this up. Stay away from any entity which forges legal documents, and matters! I have taken the precautions of filing complaints with the Office of Civil Rights in DC. They can no longer retaliate against me: and tell lies about me. Yes, you got rid of me! But with all kinds of incriminating paperwork. Really not at all bright, and so incredibly incompetent to the point I am speechless! Underestimated a woman of Asian descent you choose to discrimination against. And really thought you could get away with it! Your choices. And one of you is a true sexist bigot. Fonda L. Moffett who is no longer there as Administrator. Suffice it to say that apparently enough residents had complaints that the State sent out a representative, Joe, to interview us all in person. So, I was not the only one having problems with Passavant Memorial Homes!
