We reached out to Jay’s to do some custom embroidery on our barista aprons. I was beyond impressed by the quick communication and attentiveness to our design request. The finished product speaks for itself: top-quality work! And it was completed significantly faster than other embroidery shops we’ve previously worked with. We’ll definitely be using Jay’s again.

Jay just finished modifying some boots for me to match some used in WW1. They came out great, the price was quite reasonable and they didn't take long to finish. It was well worth the 1.5 hour drive to Warren.

Fixed my wife’s leather purse had a faulty zipper.. it’s like brand new… Jay truly loves his craft… His prices were extremely reasonable….. Heading back to get new boots there very high quality, and very reasonably priced also….. Thank you very much….Richard & Amy :)))
