Anthony the Service Technician did a superb job fixing the issue, explained what was going on thoroughly, and took his time to ensure the job was done right. The service was efficient, reasonably priced, with good after service and payment plans. Anthony arrived on time and fixed the faulty hvac system during a heat wave. The team is professional, arrived on time, and thoroughly explained the work without overpricing. Customers are grateful for Anthony’s knowledge and professionalism, as he diagnosed problems in minutes and was respectful. Highly recommended to family and friends.
Anthony (and assistant) made a service call on our older HVAC units, that had temporarily stopped working. Our multiple unit system needed some straightening out. After some cleaning and maintenance, we are up and running again!

Had another great experience with Retro (with Anthony as the technician). They came out for routine maintenance on our AC unit. Anthony was right on time, really thorough and did a great job explaining how things looked. I'll continue to use them for all my HVAC needs!
