I have been quite impressed with Living Better Hearing & Balance. Dr. Nikander who has been my audiologist there is very knowledgeable, patient and personable. I have dealt with the other audiologists there also and have been very pleased with all of them.
My experience at Live Better Hearing + Balance was excellent. Dr. Marisa Fassnacht is empathetic, patient and personable. She did a comprehensive evaluation, diagnostic testing and listened to my preferences and goals. She explained everything in depth and there was absolutely no pressure to return or to purchase hearing aids. I did return, and the hearing aids that Marisa recommended were the ones that my extensive research indicated would be the best for my needs; she listened!
