Yuliya quadrupled my refund and charged me less than my white shoe accounting firm. I got bumped from a scheduled appointment with very little notice. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. The extra money made it easy to forgive them. I will use them next year

The service was nice . Very professional. Easy going, the price was really worth it. It did not feel like I was paying for a bunch of things that I did not get, or the fee was high for no reason . Just wanted to say thank you Jackson Hewitt

Took almost two hours two do taxs , printers computer would not print at end .I owed money was my fault for taking money out of 401k .Seemed like a nice guy but not sure how well he knew everything, I could be wrong. Caused $419. To do taxs plus my fault for taking it $62. For safty if federal comes back to look at taxs .Office wasn't that great .Will not go back with Jackson Hewitt , didn't get that great feeling last year but pretty up on there stuff , new crew this year .
