I am updating my review to reflect the progress Carlton Pools has made in addressing our pool leak issue.
While the process got off to a frustrating start due to communication delays and uncertainty regarding the next steps, I want to recognize the positive experience we have had more recently.
Carlton sent a highly experienced service technician/diver to our home who quickly identified the leaking supply line and implemented a temporary solution that stabilized the pool. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to explain the process were greatly appreciated, especially as relatively new pool owners navigating an issue like this for the first time.

Coming for years luv free water test. Nero is the best. Thanks to them my pool is awesome
