My heat went out Saturday night before the snow storm. I called at 11pm. They were back in touch with me had a service guy out by a little after midnight. It needed a part which he had in the truck! Fixed and running by 1:30am! Fantastic! A company that is there for you!

My name is Mathew, I had the pleasure of meeting Chad and Dee this morning 4/29/2025. They were both awesome and very knowledgeable. This is my first home as an owner so this was all new to me when I did not have any cool air coming through my vents. I spoke with the owner and we also had a nice talk on the phone. He scheduled out his workers and they showed up and managed to figure out exactly what was wrong with my unit. They answered any questions I had an even gave me some pointers for the future. I will definitely be giving Unger heating and cooling another call if I run into any more problems. My family and myself thank you guys!!! Chad and Dee ????????
