My heating system was short-cycling intermittently and then got stuck in the cycle for 9+ hours. They were able to fit me in between appointments and resolved the issue. Shawn explained the system triggers so I know what to look for in future, and also gave me tips on how to shut things down in case of emergency and ways to help the system run more efficiently. I so appreciate their quick response and their help in understanding the issue. I will definitely be calling on them again!
Hope Mechanical saved the day for us today. Our propane boiler went down yesterday and today the technician from the company we used previously had no clue how to fix it and left. We called Hope Mechanical, got service right away and the issue was fixed in mere seconds. We are totally impressed with Hope Mechanical and will use their services from now on for any heating or plumbing problems that arise. Anyone needing this type of service would be well advised to call them, too. Five stars are not enough!
