I had a great experience today. Jenn cut my hair and did an amazing job. Jenn doesn't usually work in the walnutport salon she usually is at the Northampton salon but I got lucky to meet her today and I received the best haircut I've had in a long time. She was so friendly and she listened to me and made suggestions that she thought would work best for me and she was right bc I absolutely love my hair. She also did a pre-cut ponytail so I was able to donate my hair. I had about 10 inches cut off in total. Thank you again Jenn for the amazing cut.
Every time I go for a haircut or a color staff is always welcoming and sweet they all work together whenever someone may have a question about a particular color but I give a high 5 to Kelly she always does what I ask or if I have a question she is always there to help me and give me feedback on whether it may look nice or not I appreciate the time she takes and gives me her professional advice . Thank you Kelly and to all the other employees thank you for having wonderful customer service and working as a team you don’t see that much in this world anymore
I originally went to Holiday Hair on a whim because I desperately needed a hair cut that day. Jen has been absolutely wonderful and always takes her time with the haircut and makes sure you leave with what you came in hoping for. I’ve been back several times since and even bring my niece who loves to have her hair done by Jen! Definitely recommend!
