Gene replaced the gas valve on the boiler. Hopefully that solves the problem. I would think that the gas valve would be under warranty sice it was just replaced last winter when the new control w3as installed.

We had R&S refinish our Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room & Staircase. We went from light orangish oak color to a dark rich color. We decided to take out the carpet in our office and they installed the wider plank hardwood, which matches perfectly with the original flooring. We couldn't be happier with the installation and finished product. Everything was covered and blocked off to keep the dust down and the job was finished in a timely manner. She had a lot of great suggestions and information. She was kind and personable. The best cleaning I've had in a long while. Everyone else, from front desk to the intake/X-ray were also very nice.Dr. Lehman was informative and takes a conservative approach. She doesn't suggest anything unnecessary. She seems concerned with her patients financial health along with their dental and physical health.*******************************I'd love to know how great their services are, but they never answer the phone. They also don't return voicemails. I tried to email, and their email doesn't actually work.
Responsive and reasonably priced. Dan and his son, Nate, were pleasant. Nice to support a small local business. Haven't seen anymore carpenter ants since they left, but they said they would come back after 3 or 4 weeks to retreat if we still have a problem. I'll amend my review after that if necessary.
