Five stars is not enough for K&M! Amber is absolutely stellar and stands out above the rest for her incredible work ethic and empathy. As first-time septic owners, we were stressed and discouraged when our new home had immediate issues—especially after getting a terrible response from the seller's previous septic company. Amber stepped in, saved the day, and put our minds at ease. We are so grateful for her help and will never use anyone else!

I have been using this company for 6 years now for septic pumping and repairs after trying a few others in the past . Hands down the best around. Always arrives when they say. Very detailed oriented and attentive, polite, and respectful of our property. They have even given us an education on best maintenance practices when asked. Quick, clean and reliable. I was happy to refer them to a local friend who has a restaurant for their grease trap cleanings. Professional and friendly.

Hands down the best company I have ever dealt with, during the big snow my septic was so full I couldn't use any water,they couldn't come because of road conditions but told me what to until they could come,they even offered to come in the evening to use a sump pump on my tank so I could use the toilet and take showers,...I won't use any other company to deal with my septic tank!!!! Customer service is out of the world excellent!!!
