This was my first yoga experience ever! Nikki was a great instructor and I somehow kept up with the class for my first time. She made me feel welcomed. I ended up signing up for 2 weeks of classes because I had such a great time!

I am from out of town and was searching for a good hot yoga spot to pop in- this class was vibrant, the studio was lovely and heated. I did the “invigorate” flow. I left feeling relaxed and sweaty in a good way! Thanks bulldogs for having me!

Have been to both sites, Malvern & Villanova.Patty is stellar.Awesome playlists.Great dimmed lighting.Good vibes.Malvern has sweet shower set ups.Very addictive.The heat is where it's at.Bummed about different prices, that the membership only goes with one site at certain prices and that you have to use passes within 2 months.Site is not easy to navigate.
