They did a fantastic job with Cucumber and Zucchini. It was their first time getting groomed and they look beautiful!

This would have been the third time going since we moved here in September. Clearly we take on a regular basis. We had an apt scheduled for April 2, we were returning home on the 1st. They texted on March 27th informing us they had to cancel bc Tim had family obligations. NO BIG DEAL!! Stuff happens and things come up. They asked to reschedule in the messages but we were away and I didn’t have great service and when we got back I forgot about it. We had to put our older dog down , our own family stuff…whatever, life! I text on April 29th, apologizing by for not responding and looking g to schedule our apt. I receive a message that basically ally bc I didn’t keep up with the 10 week schedule (which we never agreed on but did agree to a seasonal cut) that Tim would no longer take us as a client and because our dog was bigger and more difficult no one else could do it. WAIT!! You cancelled that apt, not me!! We would have been there! And then I have to make my schedule fit within a 1 week window that you cancelled on??? Now, I know she’s difficult, she big and if she doesn’t want to do something uses her weight to her advantage. So, if that was the reason I could totally u detract and wouldn’t even leave a negative review, bc that’s honest. However, trying to blame me, when YOU cancelled, having this be the 3RD apt in the 7mon we’ve lived here. Almost averaging every other month, but complaining about consistency, when I didn’t cancel the apt!! I’ll take my faults, I didn’t text back, I don’t text back my best friends bc I have kids, I had a dying dog that required care most of the day, and just life. But still it’s not cool to not respond within a certain time frame, so I’m sorry. I called to talk to them in person and was promised a call back after Tim got done with a dog he currently had in the Tub, that was 4hrs ago…I would have loved to rectify this without a review, but if you’ll lie about me missing the apt that I have the text to prove what else will you lie about…

Easy to get an appointment. I was anxious about taking our long hair cat Harry to get a sanitary shave because he’s very shy. Tim took him back and said see you in 5 minutes. When our cat Harry came back out , Tim said he was done and did very well. Pleased with the results and going back.

We just moved here and we were nervous about finding a new groomer for our dog and our cat. A Google search brought up this place and I decided why not? I took my cat in for a walk in sani trim, which was super convenient, and I was so pleased with the experience I went ahead and booked a bath for my dog. I have no complaints, only praise. I'm extremely happy to have found a place to take care of my stinky fur babies!

I couldn’t give Tails of the Burgh enough praise! My rescue dog is very skittish and we’ve been coming here to get his nails trimmed for months. The staff here are so patient and know how to work with dogs. He looks forward to going and comes home tail wagging, which is huge for a dog that is afraid of everything. Recently he went for his first bath and the staff worked with his needs to accommodate his fear. If I could give 25 stars I would!

Just left with my ten month old pup for his first nail trim, and he was SO scared! The young man was able to calm him down and get the job done! 5/5 stars would recommend!

Great to take your pet. Our dog is always so excited when we bring him here. The cats aren't emotional at all but look great after a visit.

I brought in my two Cane Corso puppies they said they cut in and filed my dogs nails show quality while I stood there and watched her cut their nails and said she filed them in five minutes I will not be going back terrible service a waste of money
