They were nearby and had good reviews, so I called. He answered the phone right away, evaluated the situation and gave me a fair price right over the phone. I said OK, and he told me he would be over the next day between 8 and 5. At about 7:50am the next day, he knocked on my door and told me he was all done (I had marked the problem area the night before).
