I would give him 100 stars if possible! When working on you the way he does it, I usually don't even need numbed, he is so good at avoiding causing added pain to your problem. I've gotten to know Dr. Ranieri over the years and not only is he the best dentist but one of the best human beings I've ever met in my 42 years of life!!!!!!
