I had such an amazing experience at In The Zone Massage & Spa! I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and treated myself to a 60-minute prenatal massage with Lois—and it was exactly what I needed.
Lois was absolutely incredible. She made me feel completely comfortable, supported, and relaxed the entire time. She really understood how to work with my body at this stage of pregnancy, focusing on all the areas that have been giving me the most tension and discomfort. Lois has been able to release my head, neck and upper trap tension like no other therapist has been able to. I am so relaxed and comfortable while I’m there and after I leave.
