I have been going to this hair salon for over 10 years! Sarah ahjumma is a highly skilled stylist. She is very honest, kind and thorough. Her English might not be perfect but she does speak some English. Bring a good photo of what you would like done! If you use kakao app she take's appointment via communication through that which is a huge selling point in my book bc I hate calling places to make appointments. I often text her late at night with the date and time I want to come see her and she gets back to me in couple days. I schedule appointments way in advance so this is not a problem for me. I walked in, without an appointment, on a Saturday morning and there was only one lady ahead of me getting a perm. I did not wait long before being seated to get my hair cut. It appears to be just the one lady, Sara? I did not ask her name. She asked me to show her a picture of what I wanted. She did not ask if I wanted my hair washed but she began cutting. She used a different technique I was not used to observing...I sat in the chair quite nervous. While cutting my hair she noticed it was rather thin and suggested a digital perm.
