I walked in, without an appointment, on a Saturday morning and there was only one lady ahead of me getting a perm. I did not wait long before being seated to get my hair cut. It appears to be just the one lady, Sara? I did not ask her name. She asked me to show her a picture of what I wanted. She did not ask if I wanted my hair washed but she began cutting. She used a different technique I was not used to observing...I sat in the chair quite nervous. While cutting my hair she noticed it was rather thin and suggested a digital perm. She was nice and made some small talk but not too much to make it overbearing. After she was done she dried my hair and I was pleasantly surprised....read full review
