Our a.c. conditioner was checked and actually needed some repair. I appreciate your attention to detail and your careful and professional technician.
Rob was terrific. My A/c stopped working on a Saturday and he was there that morning . It took a while to get things fixed, but he would not give up. He tested everything and diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous as all of my experiences with McLoughlin people have been. They have been my go to for heating and air conditioning and plumbing work for 15 years and it’s because they have people like Rob.
Jesse, our service tech answered many questions we had about our HVAC, and also made some recommendations on cooling efficiency in our old house. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable!
