This is my new go to nailery , I got a pedicure and a full set and eyebrows. First let me tell you how amazing this woman is with eyebrows, I only let her do them and she does them the correct way too. Also I haven't had a pedicure in God knows how long and she did a phenomenal job . I mean my feet feel brand new and my nails are great as well. Really unhappy after my visit. When I went in, I had on gel polish; to remove this, the nail tech used an electric spinning nail drill instead of soaking them in acetone. It destroyed my nail bed so the new polish didn't go on smoothly and it was really painful. The new polish didn't last, the photo was taken a few days after the service. Additionally, when I got my eyebrows waxed, the woman didn't clean the area before and just put the wax on, which is really unsanitary and doesn't allow a clean cut. I will not return.

Was happy to find this place super local to my house, everyone was friendly, did a fine job on my nails. Had an appointment today for a fill at 10am before I go out of town tomorrow. Sign on the door says open Mondays at 10am. Door was locked. Salon was dark. I waited thirty minutes, called multiple times, no answer. Now I have to find a new salon last-minute to take care of my nails. Most basic requirement of a business - be open when you say you'll be open. Don't make appointments if you can't take them. I won't be returning.
