Cannot get in touch for a refund for the apprenticeship program. They took my girlfriends $500 “refundable deposit” and ghosted. Voicemail box isnt even set up. Emails and texts ignored. Avoid this place at all costs.

My daughter had a terrible time with this school. They kept changing online codes so she couldn’t get into classes and when she was ready to move on to the next phase of online learning they “closed down operations” for two months to “revamp”. They blocked her every which way and then sent her an email saying that if she didn’t finish the second phase by a certain date she would be expelled from the program. This place is a scam and kept her tens of thousands of dollars and all she has to show for it are some crayola pencils and a mini tattoo machine worth maybe $100. So sad too because it could’ve been so great for both her and them.

I have gotten 5 of my 6 tattoos at this location. I had Janell as my artist, and she did an amazing job. I got a tattoo of my own design on my chest in red ink, and when I reached out to her to see if she could do it, she was able to stencil my design perfectly and took the time to show me how three different red colors would look on my skin.
Janell’s laid back and fun demeanor made this experience enjoyable. I enjoyed talking and laughing with her and appreciated her checking in with me to see how I was doing during my session. One thing I really loved about this experience was that Janell made a suggestion about my design that gives it more dimension, and the results were phenomenal. I hadn’t even considered the idea until she brought it up but I’m happy she did!
Ink Different Tattoos is by far my favorite place to go. The place is always clean, and the artists are super friendly and communicate well with you about designs, placements, and aftercare. When you go to get a tattoo from this location, ask for Janell!

Don't do this school unless you are great at self-teaching and have an incredibly disciplined work ethic. I don't, i need more personalized teaching, and this school makes me wanna kms. especially because this is the only career path i'm interested in. sometimes i feel like this school makes all of their money off of extensions, and that the pace they require is actually mathematically impossible. i feel very disconnected and sometimes even disrespected. Louise Gasca is great, but the other teachers are very unhelpful and often condescending. I often wish that i didn't sink thousands of dollars into this program, and have debated quitting almost the entire time. it isn't necessarily a scam, but i seriously doubt that i will finish this program.
